The Inside Sales Mission
The Inside Sales Team will work closely with Outside Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and Accounting to provide client solutions, support the sales process and drive revenue to support our ANIMART Mission.
ANIMART's Inside Sales Department consists of individuals who have two different roles; Sales Support and Inside Sales Representatives.
Sales Support is our front line employees on the phones. They answer any incoming calls and direct them to appropriate Sales Representatives or department. They also provide customer services in our Showroom/Pick-up location. They handle a variety of other tasks including drop ships, returns, processing web orders and providing support to our Inside Sales Team.
ANIMART's Inside Sales Representatives work closely with their Territory Manager to build relationships with accounts in Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, Ohio, and Illinois. They each focus on a primary territory and call out to those clients within that territory to coordinate route and ship orders. Their primary duty is to build up these relationships to keep clients informed of any promotions, new products, and possible supply/product manufacturer back orders. Each Inside Sales Representative has a goal to make a certain number of outbound calls per day to their clients. Working closely with their Territory Manager the Inside Sales Reps each have a sales quota to achieve each quarter.
Both of these positions need outgoing individuals who have knowledge on selling with integrity and can show and explain the value of the products that ANIMART offers while keeping focus on the producers needs to help them be successful.
The Regulatory Compliance Mission
The Regulatory Compliance Team will work with Sales, Veterinarians, and Operations to be the resource subject matter experts relating to Regulatory Compliance, to support ANIMART and external veterinarians, to proof and process orders, maintain client record confidentiality and to provide additional services as to support the overall mission of ANIMART.
ANIMART's Regulatory Compliance Department consists of individuals who handle every order that is processed. They verify all information is correct on orders prior to shipment and place orders in appropriate locations to be processed correctly. They also handle prescriptions from our ANIMART Veterinarians. With guidance from our veterinary team, they create budgets to regulate the amount of product our clients can receive. This is to help minimize overuse of any products.
The Regulatory Compliance Department consists of very detailed, highly organized individuals. These individuals must be able to maintain focus on current job duties and also provide a high level of customer service to fellow employees and veterinarians.
