The Project Management Mission

The Project Management Team will work with Department Managers to identify, define, implement and evaluate projects to drive organizational efficiencies and success.


The Project Management Department facilitates projects, process improvements identified as pain points of the business, and business growth initiatives.  Working closely with the President, Directors, and Department Managers to identify and focus on the root cause of pain point, work through possible solutions, put together an action plan, and implement.

Employees in the Project Management Department need to be very detail oriented, organized, responsive to every day requests, have the ability to facilitate project meetings, and many other admin tasks.  Providing expectations, assigning ownership, and managing the timeline with due dates for the project at hand.
